VET Currency Passport is being developed as a trainer-owned professional evidence and currency record system.
The system may store account details, qualification information, unit records, professional development records, reflections, uploaded evidence files, certificates, screenshots and related notes.
Users should avoid uploading student personal information, TFNs, medical information, confidential employer records, or any document they are not authorised to store in this system.
Evidence files are intended to be stored outside the public web folder and accessed only by authenticated users. This beta system should not be treated as production-ready until security review, backups, HTTPS, access controls and hosting protections are confirmed.
Each trainer retains responsibility for checking that their professional development, units, reflections and evidence are accurate before sharing them with an RTO or employer.
